چکیده
Because rice is native to tropical and subtropical regions, it generally more sensitive cold stress compared other cereals. Low-temperature has a strong influence on the growth, development, yield of rice. Plant NAM, ATAF1/2 CUC(NAC) transcription factors (TFs) play significant regulatory roles in response. In our research, we found that OsNAC050 (LOC_Os03g60080) mainly expressed leaves. Cold (4 °C), heat (42 PEG 6000 (20%, w/v), NaCl (200 mM), H2O2 (1%), IAA (100 μM), ABA μM) GA3 were used treat wild type (WT) plants. A low temperature further up-regulated expression. mutants created using CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology showed significantly enhanced tolerance low-temperature treatment. The measurement enzyme activities related redox pathway also have stronger viability under stress. Comparative transcriptome analysis photosynthesis soluble sugar metabolism affected mutant lines, suggesting may participate above molecular pathways response results expand understanding mechanisms underlying responses can provide new strategies for engineering high-yielding varieties.

Basmati rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars viz. The influence of growth temperature on the free sugar and sucrose phosphate synthase content and activity of spinach (Spinacia oleracea) leaf tissue was studied. When plants were grown at 25 degrees C for 3 weeks and then transferred to a constant 5 degrees C, sucrose, glucose, and fructose accumulated to high levels during a 14-d period. Predawn sugar levels increased from 14- to 20-fold over ...
متن کاملKnocking Down the Expression of GMPase Gene OsVTC1-1 Decreases Salt Tolerance of Rice at Seedling and Reproductive Stages
Salinity is a severe environmental stress that greatly impairs production of crops worldwide. Previous studies have shown that GMPase plays an important role in tolerance of plants to salt stress at vegetative stage. However, the function of GMPase in plant responses to salt stress at reproductive stage remains unclear. Studies have shown that heterologous expression of rice GMPase OsVTC1-1 enh...
